John brings 30 years experience in a variety of executive positions in the real estate, mining and communications industries. He has extensive experience in both M&A and capital market activities in Canada and the United States. Mr. Charles is Managing Director, LeBlanc & Royle Enterprises, a Director, Northern Properties REIT and Director of Prism Medical since 1998. John is actively engaged in the operation of the Company, shaping a dynamic organization built on trust and mutual respect.

Patrick has held senior executive positions with respected companies such as Deloitte & Touche, Midland Walwyn Capital Inc., Merrill Lynch & Co. and Rockwater Capital Corporation. He holds over 12 years of experience in investment banking and capital markets, finance leadership and corporate development. As CFO and a founding team member of Rockwater Capital, Patrick transitioned the company from a start-up organization to a leading independent financial services company. He then moved into a business originator role. Patrick's proven capital raising, M&A and business development skills, coupled with a focus on strategy will be invaluable to the growth of ATX.
