Mark began his telecommunications career with Northern Electric Company (Nortel) and Bell Canada in the early 1960s. For the next ten years he focused on gaining solid industry and management experience, assuming the role as National Sales Manager for Welsh Communications in 1974. Throughout the next 30 years Mark followed through on his passion to build successful teams and companies – founding and growing five respected businesses serving the cable television, broadcast and satellite industries, including Microsat Communications, Comlink Systems, Acunet Data Systems, and Novanet Communications. As the guiding founder of ATX Incorporated, Mark retains a keen interest in the success of the company.

John brings 30 years experience in a variety of executive positions in the real estate, mining and communications industries. He has extensive experience in both M&A and capital market activities in Canada and the United States. Mr. Charles is Managing Director, LeBlanc & Royle Enterprises, a Director, Northern Properties REIT and Director of Prism Medical since 1998. John is actively engaged in the operation of the Company, shaping a dynamic organization built on trust and mutual respect.

James Faust is a respected leader and outspoken innovator in the broadband industry. James has held senior management positions with Optinel Systems, Inc., ClearBand, Evolve, Antec Network Technologies, General Instrument, and Scientific-Atlanta. In 1977, he founded and served as president of Zenith Cable Products, which introduced some of the first interactive subscription television systems.
